Important News for Online Utility Customers
The week of June 1, 2026, the first bills using the updated billing system began going out to customers via email (for previous e-billing customers) or through the U.S. Postal Service (for those without e-billing). 

Even if you previously had an online utility billing account, you will need to create a NEW one on this payment portal using the new customer number and account number that can be found on bills sent on or after June 1, 2026.
