Important News for Online Utility Customers
The week of June 1, 2026, the first bills using the updated billing system will begin going out to customers. 

Even if you previously had an online utility billing account, you will need to create a NEW one on this payment portal using the new customer number and account number that can be found on bills sent on or after June 1, 2026.
